YALDA_SUA (Sokoine University of Agriculture) is the Tanzania branch of YALDA organization that has its headquarter in Gaborone, Botswana. YALDA works on Youth Leadership with a great focus in Africa. The organization has a mission statement which states that “provision of a forum for youth on the African continent and those abroad with a commitment to the welfare of Africa by networking with professionals, mentors and each other, members will increase their capacity to take on positive leadership roles in the country and on the continent”.
Contemporary, YALDA_SUA in TANZANIA has designed the potential initiative for the youth who enrolled to primary schools in Morogoro Municipal. The initiative is aimed at providing scholastic materials to pupils including uniform, exercise books and computers, purposely, to encourage the advent of education as stressed in the Millennium Development Goals # 2 which traces that achieving universal primary education, besides, put its emphasis on target # 1 that ensuring 2015 children everywhere boys and girls alike will be able to complete a full course of primary schooling.
Cognizing that, these scholastic materials will be given to appointed primary schools.
Therefore, our branch will appreciate any support that aforementioned above from developmental agents and well wishers. Thanks
