THE MATASSA HOPE FOUNDATION

The Matassa Hope Foundation is a registered non- profit charity organization in Ghana west Africa , it's main objective is to give the rural children the hope of a better future by giving them education.
Helping to improve education in the rural areas mostly the deprived zones where poverty is dominant. we are essntially involved in -
- giving scholarship to the brilliant children from poor families
- supporting girl child education
- educating children in school about teenage pregnancy
- educating children about drugs abuse
- constructing schools in the rural areas
- assisting schools in poor condition
- building libraries and equipping them with computers
- providing books and other educational materials to the children
So we are asking for the help of people of goodwill to kindly assist us with funds or computers (new or used ones)
We would welcome donations of educational materials such as note books,exersice books, pens, pencils, calculators etc.....
We would appreciate donations in cash or in kind.
Let us work together to give the children of rural Africa the hope of a better future by giving them education.

I was born in a village in Ghana west Africa, i had my primary and middle school...I was born in a village in Ghana west Africa, i had my primary and middle school education over there, and i consider myself to be very fortunate because my parents had tried their very best for me to have education.
Some of my childhood friends were not so fortunate, they were very brilliant kids but were sent away from school because their parents could not afford to pay for their school fees. They grew up to become alcoholics, drug addicts and street gangs, i always feel so sad when i think of my childhood friends and what they have become just because they could not have education due to poverty. Hence i decided to work with THE MATASSA HOPE FOUNDATION a registered non-profit charity organization that is helping to provide education to the children of the poor rural communities.
The aim is to give the children the hope of a better future. The MATASSA HOPE FOUNDATION really need funds to build more classrooms and to implement projects, also educational materials for the children such as note books, pens, pencils, calculators and computers new or second hand ones. Your help would really be appreciated.
