HERALD GLOBAL CHRISTIAN ACADEMY(UGANDA) is new school project in Apac District(350 Kilometres north of Kampala City-Uganda) seeking funders, investors, friends, partners, Donors, fundraisers to construct 4 Classroom Buildings for PRIMARY ONE-PRIMARY SEVEN(P.1-P-7) children aged 5 years to 17 years in Primary school where they lack it, some 600 Students/pupils will be educated mostly from didsadvantaged and poor backgrounds including Orphans and vulnerable children, to receive Education which they cannot get, even given the Universal Primary Education policy in Uganda where they cannot even access, $US 64,000 is needed at this phase to buy building materials and construct buildings and buy furniture and educational materials and allied resources including teachers salaries. The school will progress through Senior Secondary and Vocational Training Sections, with interest in global affilliations and accreditation in qualifications. Will expand as funds realized, first lot of 100 Kids expected to begin February 2011, thus urgent funding Request.
EXPLANATION: -
Point One:- The 4 Classroom Blocks are Planned for the school initially.
Point Two:-Total Cost of 4 Blocks Construction: $US 64,000 lowest quate and calculations
Point Three:-Each Block costs $US 16,000 to construct
Point Four:- Each Block/Building Can be Partitioned into 4 Classrooms(approximately 8 Metres x 6 metres)
Point Five:-Each Room in a Block costs $US 4,000 to build
Point Six:-Priority Need is to get One(1) Unit Block constructed then partitioned into 4 Rooms-classrooms
Point Seven:-Plan to have 3 Remaining Blocks /Houses built in subsequent Mounts as funds realized.
Point Eight:-Construction duration on single Block has been calculated to last 26 Weeks upto usage(41/2 months)
Point Nine:-Upon construction , Dormitories and allied Facilities to be added, including Tecghnical, Business and Vocational Training Wing.
Point Ten; 10 Acres Land for the Buildings/School available overlooking River Nile on Chakali Hills.
Point Eleven:-Volunteers and Expartriates from worldwide welcomed, including Twinning and Linking/ Sister Schools.
