ABOUT DOVE SCHOOL.
The School is sponsored by the Church and is situated on the church premises . The church hall and power rooms serves as classrooms. When church functions are on , the children are forced to take their learning outside under the shades. Dove school integrates children with special needs . The school runs from Class One to Class Three. We have got double streams i.e six classrooms . Many of our learners are children of church members.
TEACHERS.
We have got six teachers who are trained . They are assisting us pending employment by the government in order to be posted to government schools.
OPPORTUNITY.
Lack of employment opportunities in Kenya in the teaching profession has assisted private schools to come up since  we are able to get trained personnel who come out of college every year pending employment by the government which takes 2 to 3 years for teachers to be absorbed in the government education sector. However 3 of our teachers are volunteers whereas the rest are salaried. Their salaries comes from the little payments met by children’s guardians. Many of our children are orphans hence there is a problem in meeting their needs.
EDUCATION DAY.
Every year we have an education day . It’s main purpose is to lead children go round villages and towns collecting donations from the public after which we organize a fund raising at the school grounds where by we invite volunteer organizations, churches, educators, friends and well wishers to come and donate towards the school. The money collected is able to maintain the school for at least one year. Other organizations like the Kenya Red Cross , has always been on the toe providing us with flour for porridge ( Unimix)
PROBLEMS.
1. We have been encountering a lot of problems because we entirely depend on borrowing (assistance) . Sometimes we net far below our expectations thus our sustainability is degraded.
2. We behave more or less opportunists because we depend on borrowed labour. If the Government reverses the system and starts employing teachers straight away from college private schools mean score will drop , since we shall no longer have volunteer trained personnel to teach in our schools.
3. Orphaned children are suffering a great deal in our hands because they don’t have true guardians to care for them.
4. We provide lunch that is scarcely maintained.
5. All of our children are day scholars because we are unable to meet for boarding facilities e.t.c.
 
FUTURE NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS.
-         We need to purchase land on which to construct a school.
-         Buy furniture and other learning materials.
-         Provide boarding facilities .
-         Employ teachers on contract basis
-         Employ subordinate staff.
-         Dig a borehole and connect electricity.
-         Lease land for growing food crops.

This project will take a concurrent of five year term to be complete.
 
RESOURCES.
Our country Kenya is an agricultural country . It contributes to about 60% to the Gross domestic of this country . Many of our farmers are busy constructing permanent houses which needs bricks. We have therefore innovated a business plan which seeks to address the issue of education through brick making .
Brick making is simple , we only need soil , firewood and labour to start off the project. In this respect the project needs Kshs, 5.5 million equivalent to US $ 74,000.
We are able to raise half of this amount in a period of 3 years from now. 
We are expecting to raise the other half through the normal exercises that we are doing of fund raising and donations from friends and sister organizations outside this region.
 
ADVANTAGES OF THE PROJECT
-There is high demand for bricks for construction of houses.
- Provision of quality Bricks at fair prices will attract customers.
-Employment opportunities will be realized to some of our youths in the Church.
- Profits gained will be used to run school education programs.

SUSTAINABILITY.
Since soil is available throughout on our farms Brick project  will remain to be the source of income to sustain the smooth running of Dove School.
