*NOTE: The first edition of ENGAGE was published in April 2010. Articles by former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, Ed Balls, Michael Gove and David Laws were written in the capacities in which they held office prior to the 2010 General Election.
**NOTE: David Laws became Chief Secretary to the Treasury upon the formation of the coalition government following the 2010 election but resigned on 29th May 2010 following the publication of reports that he had claimed expenses as a Member of Parliament contrary to the MP's expenses rules. David is a strong supporter of the Foundation and we have greatly valued his commitment, the sincerity of which is not in the slightest doubt. We intend to continue valuing his support.
